Absolutely love the fact that I’m able to follow the recipe and make it myself with plenty of flakes for more spray later

I made the oil spray. Instant relief with first use. I ended up needing a larger bottle for some reason 🤣 had overflow with a 4oz bottle so I would recommend like an 8oz bottle/container to be safe. It’s odorless. Does feel oily at first spray, but once you rub it in and it dries that goes away.

Yes absolutely love this product and will let family and friends know to buy it. I made the magnesium spray last night .slept great ,pain was drastically reduced. Blood pressure is so normal .I put it in a glass roll bottle.
