Shea butter is most known for it’s moisturizing properties (shea butter works extremely well for soothing dry skin and scalp). But has many other uses:
-calms skin irritations such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sunburns, itching, wounds, arthritis, swelling and acne
-relieves muscle fatigue, aches and tension
-helps build natural collagen production to minimize the appearance of stretch marks and scars, including acne scars with regular use
-high fat content of shea butter increases circulation within the skin which leads to catalyzing cell turnover and overall healing

The high fat content leads to shea butter being self stabilizing without the need for preservatives. It will last up to 2 years if properly stored (seal after each use).

Please do a small patch test checking for adverse reactions prior to using a large amount. Start with a small amount and work your way up to using a larger amount. Consult your physician and discontinue use if any adverse reaction lasts longer than a few minutes or another adverse reaction occurs.
